Do you begin a story without knowing the middle and ending? I have been asking myself this question for some time now, and it holds me back from creeping past the start line.
There are so many reasons our ego will stop us from doing something:
Fear of failure
Fear of having no creativity
Fear of not being good enough
Fear of having nothing important to say
Fear of “it not being perfect yet”
Fear of what your friends, family, and strangers will say, both in front of you and behind your back
Tip of the iceberg, friend. Nevertheless, you have to acknowledge your fears in order to move forward.
So, let’s begin!
I intend this space to be a sanctuary for my own deep reflections, an accountability partner to my personal growth, insight on all my inspirations, and a direct link to the expansion I am calling in. I am finding my flow, dancing with the Universe, and stepping into the woman I envision.
My goals today are as follows:
Change the mindset around disabilities in regards to creativity, functionality, and innovation
Explore the avenues of magic, mysticism, and manifestation that has called me from the beginning
Explore my Dharma, or life purpose, and embody it
Shed light on my shadow and fears, and work on integrating it into everyday life
Embrace my yogic journey to show a different body type in the yoga/workout community
Travel the world
Have fun!
Attract abundance and prosperity into my life, and overcome my ‘lack’ mindset and my fear of scarcity
Manifest my most perfect home
Start changing out products for more natural options
Minimize my “stuff”, and only surround yourself with things I love, as well as embracing a more sustainable lifestyle
Start practicing more ritual around breathwork, magic, journaling, tarot, and astrology
Have the best sex of my life
During a particularly hard power yoga class this week, I received the download that Halloween is going to be the official day I purchase my site, no matter my fears around creating content, or lacking finances. Fear is a tricky and clever energy that will stop you from taking risks, stepping up in your power, and being authentic. One of my biggest fears is spending more money than I make, and thereby, never stepping into the life I want.
Cheers to trusting the Universe, in my abundance, and to having more fun in life! I have no idea where this is going, have no specific agenda, don’t have a five year plan, and have no background in blogging. I can’t wait to see what happens!
