Living with Intention

Are you being intentional about your everyday life?

How do you want to feel?

I want to BE more in my body, to connect to it intuitively, emotionally, and physically. I want to know how the energy feels when it runs and up and down my chakras, meridians, and nerves. How do my emotions feel when they bubble up inside my consciousness? What is it like to be human, with density wired with electricity and soul.

We are on a planet, living in the age of stars of a billion-year-old universe. We only have the blink of an eye in this exact body, at this exact time, in this exact moment. Are you truly connected in your body and mind or are you distracted in your daily experiences? You didn’t come here to just pay bills and complain about everything you think is wrong with your life.  Having a spark of life is so incredibly amazing and experiential. We are in the most in-depth game, playing the most real avatars, having the most incredible adventures. Enjoy your ride. Be intentional. Be embodied. You only have a blink of an eye before your on a new level.

One of the ways to be more embodied, I take long baths with cleansing salts, flowers and herbs, intentional oils, candles, tarot card pulls, and crystals depending on what energy I want to work with. I can sit with my music, and go deep into my body and heart space to release and renew. Shout out to Generation Bee on their incredible soaking salt vials. I used their BEE Restored today, and it was delightful soaking in roses, jasmine, and sea salts (with an easy clean up)! Try making your shower routine more magical, or you morning coffee trip more exciting. Start your day off with an intention of how you want to feel and shift your mindset back when you feel it slipping into a lower vibe. Start small, and build that routine. I promise you won’t even notice how natural it becomes to you after a couple of weeks!

Today, I drew the the Four of Cups, or emotions in The Muse Tarot, and knowing what blessings and opportunities I already have before asking for more. It teaches me to look around with a different lens and a new angle to see what gifts lay hidden around me. When I judge my own situation and abilities as “being not far enough along” or “not perfect enough", I am not seeing the bigger picture. I am not sitting in my stillness and appreciating the journey. I am not in my internal self-worth, and am relying on what expectations I, and others surrounding me, have placed on me. No matter what you are doing, how you are doing it, and why you are doing it, you are in your lesson, and having your adventure. It is completely up to you on how you want to experience it.

I am working on loving my imperfections when I try new things, of shining with the brightest internal self-worth, of exploring my triggers, and always appreciating any experience with a neutral mind filled with curiosity, love, and joy. I find that I have been conditioned to rely on external validation from my parents, my peers, and my ‘likes’ on social media to feel confident I am doing the right things. The only person that needs to give me this validation is myself, but it is a process to completely reframe this mental shift of external to internal.

I am so excited to be here on this journey with all of you.
