Primal Ecstatic Dance: A Journey into Archetypal Movement

Primal Ecstatic Dance invites you to reconnect with your animal body, whether that be wild, free, sensual, or animalistic, and move instinctually, guided by the energy of archetypes and the rhythm of your intuition.
The evening begins with an enlightening and exploratory workshop on primal archetypes, life force energy, masks and personas, and unlearning led by Indigo. Then, DJ Psyren will take you on a rhythmic journey through a curated ecstatic dance set designed to liberate your movement and connect you more deeply to your body’s natural wisdom.
This is a space to shed inhibitions, embrace your authentic self, try on new ways of being, and dance as if no one is watching. It’s not about how you look—it’s about how you feel. Enjoy light refreshments to refuel your body and connect with others in the beautiful space of Blue Sky Yoga, a locally owned and woman-operated studio.

Goddess Writing Circle
Come journey as we explore our depths of eros, of anger, of grief, and of love within our words over a four week period. Follow along with creative prompts to channel your unique writing and share your words with the circle.
We will hold the circle every other Sunday for a total of four times. Depending on the interest, we could add on more dates. The schedule is as follows:

6/11/23 from 6-8 pm
6/25/23 from 6-8 pm
Depending on the amount of people to show, the event could end earlier than 8 pm
Each week will celebrate a theme to guide your writing, but know that whatever comes out of your creative space is honored within this space. We will explore themes around eros, anger, grief, and love and have creative prompts to pull us into our journal. Depending on how many people show, each prompt typically is about 5-6 minutes of channeled writing and 10-15 minutes of sharing your own words and deeply listening to others.
The event will be held in the tearoom of the Woman’s Exchange of St. Louis in Ladue, MO. Please bring your own water bottle, but there is water at the venue to fill up your container. No food is available on Sundays. We will be sitting at tables in a circle, so no need for mats or blankets. Please bring a journal and pen.
Sensual Goddess Writing Workshop
Come dive into your sensual siren by channeling creative writing through oracle and poetry prompts.
4 pm - 5 pm: Arrive a little early to enjoy happy hour at Rootbound with delicious drinks and snacks.
5-5:30: Setup the space
5:30pm - 7 pm: Melt into a guided meditation to meet your inner goddess and channel your own, unique writing through creative prompts and oracles.
