Fem Flow has been Kell Bauer’s incredible event idea and challenges us to drop into fem archetypal energy on the dance floor. It is an open level, guided movement practice designed for people who want to identify with their feminine side. We will fuse elements of yoga, breathwork and dance to help you get in touch with your sensuality and confidence. Expect a sexy and upbeat playlist and plenty of booty shaking. This class is appropriate for anyone of any age, shape or size. No experience or flexibility required.

Fem Rave is a spin on Kell’s Fem Flow class and will be DJ’d by Psyren, tapping into the temple priestess meets alien world for a 2 hour, daytime rave event over Pride Weekend.

If you have an emergency w/in the 8 hours from class time, please call and leave us a message at (314) 448-1217 or email us at hello@yeshoneystudio.com, and we can assist. If you have to no show, or late cancel (w/in 8 hour window) you forfeit your spot in the class. Members with class packs will lose their credit. Unlimited monthly and yearly members will be charged $10. We do accept walk-ins, but signing up helps our instructors know a head count. Our classes do sell out so signing up guarantees you a spot in class!
