Cosmic Temple is a monthly astrological dance ceremony blending meditation, ecstatic movement, harmonic frequencies, and a live DJ set which are all curated to align with the current astrological transits (think underlying patterns).
Each session begins with a mini astrological forecast and guided meditation, inviting you to connect with specific planets and their unique frequencies. This helps you move somatically, emotionally, and intentionally through the energies at play. This is where ecstatic movement meets shadow play.
Through intentional sound, we blend together the frequencies of these planetary alignments so you can dance, feel, and release what the cosmos, aka the macroscopic, is calling you to shift inside the deeper collective.
This journey flows from astrological insights to meditation, then opens into 90 minutes of ecstatic dance, a full-body ritual to move and shed stagnant energy and embody a more grounded and creative flow.
This space is open to all bodies, all identities, and all levels of movement experience: come as you are, and move how you need. Bring a yoga mat, any cozy things for meditation you enjoy, a journal (if you desire) and a water bottle. Dress for yourself and how you like to move, or just relax. As long as you listen to your body and what it wants to do inside this space, you can’t do it wrong!
This session is attuned to the Winter Solstice - the longest night.
It is the final exhale of the Sun’s descent into the underworld, a night that stretches long and deep, inviting us to sit with our own darkness and listen.
This is a sacred moment of reflection, a time to meet the parts of yourself you usually keep hidden. It is the season of grief, of endurance, of hibernation, and of the wise Crone who knows the value of stillness and preparedness.
And yet, this night also carries the quiet beginning of a return. After the Solstice, the Sun slowly begins to rise again, a little more each day. This is the turning point, the soft reclaiming of joy, the rebuilding of warmth, and the foundations for whatever new creation is calling you forward.
Come move with the energy of the longest night, with the Sun in 0 degrees Capricorn, and the journey of coming home to your own light in the dark.
