Spend 10 minutes with yourself and your favorite sacred herbs to find a deeper sense of relaxation, peace, and beauty within your body while you build a more magical connection with cannabis and breath.
Take the time to set your space up prior to your meditation with all the items that help you relax, including any pillows, blankets, incense, crystals and anything else you might desire. Ensure your space is safe for smoking, if that is what you desire (although not necessary for this mediation).
